Accepted Answer

Shopping at Lulus.com offers several benefits. The site is known for its extensive dress selection, but it also offers a variety of tops, shoes, bottoms, and accessories. The products are of high quality and follow the latest trends. Lulus.com is particularly popular for its special occasion dresses and has been a reliable eCommerce provider since the 1990s. The quality control is rigorous and the customer service is prompt. All orders come with tracking, making it easy to receive them on time. They offer 10% off for military members, healthcare workers, and students, and have a loyalty program where you earn points and get discounts. They also offer a bridal concierge service where you get one-on-one assistance from one of their bridal stylists. They offer free standard shipping over $50, and free 3-day shipping over $100. Question 38

What is LuLus return policy?

Accepted Answer

The return policy for Lulus.com, effective as of April 2, 2024, outlines several key points for customers wishing to make returns:

Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. They should be in new, original condition with all vendor tags attached and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed.
Exchanges are offered at no cost for the same style in a different size, for eligible products and subject to availability, within the 21-day window.
Return shipping is free, but using a personal shipping label instead of the one provided will result in the original shipping fees not being refunded.
A $2 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount for online or app orders. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and maintaining product quality.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, if chosen, to Lulus online credit. Opting for a refund in online credit will grant a $5 Bonus Credit to the customer's account.
Items purchased at the Melrose store must be returned there within 21 days of purchase.

For a smooth return process, customers are advised to initiate returns online to retrieve the pre-paid return label. Returns should be postmarked within the specified 21-day period to ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange. The policy aims to provide confidence in shopping and returning items, ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality and affordability of Lulus products.
